We custom make our GLAMical custom face masks/scrub caps with care and attention to detail. Some designs are limited editions.

 

Please email us if you would like your own custom design, specific colors, with patches and embellished with or without crystal.

 

IMPORTANT Our GLAMical face masks are NOT medical masks, and they are not FDA approved. However, they do include Filti Face Mask Material.

 

FILTI Face Mask Material is engineered using patent-pending Nanofiber technology and is highly-efficient (up to 95%) on sub-micron particles, including bacteria and viruses.

  • Non-custom purchases may be returned within 10 days of the date that you received them.

    Unused items must be returned in their original condition and with tags attached, for an exchange or refund. Shipping charges and handling fees are non-refundable. Because all  items are hand crafted as per your specifications,  a 25% restocking fee is charged.  Please note:  all pacifiers are considered custom orders.

    Please remember to include a copy of the original sales receipt with your return. We will need that information to process your return or exchange. Circle the item that you are returning, indicate the reason for return and indicate whether you would like to exchange the item or have your original method of payment credited. All sales of sale/discounted items are final. Bella cannot be held responsible for returned items that are lost in shipping, so it is best for you to send your package via a carrier that offers tracking (UPS, FedEX or USPS Delivery Confirmation). We will process your exchange or return as quickly as possible. A shipment or credit notification e-mail will be sent to the e-mail address on file.

    Once a product has left our premises for shipping, the purchase cannot be cancelled or modified. In this case, please refer to our return policy. If you would like to purchase a different product, we will be happy to assist you. Although we take great pride in the proper packaging of your shipment, items are occasionally damaged in transit. Should you receive an item that is damaged in transit, please contact us immediately at  leah@bellaartistry.com so that we may assist you. Returns should be sent to:
