What are my options?
We can make you anything your heart desires. If you can dream it , we can make it. Some clients like to send us specific gear that they already have in their closet that needs a little spice or they order items and try them on to make sure it fits before they send it to us for "Bella-fication". Others will send us links to items they like online so we can order the items for them. Also, there are clients that like for us to send them options of items to choose from and then we procure the items for their designs. And finally, some items we make from scratch per your measurements. It’s entirely up to you.
What is the turn-around time?
The turn-around time varies per order. Usually it is two weeks or less. During certain times of the year our wait time does increase and we have a wait list. If you have a very important event or just can't wait the standard two weeks, let us know and the Bella team will do what it can to meet your deadline. We have been known to accomplish very quick turn arounds for specific events and clients. Extra fees usually apply (for any expedited shipping costs incurred from product needed in your design as well as overnight shipment to you).
How much will it cost?
All custom items are made to order, so there aren’t set prices. No two items created at Bella are the same so pricing will vary greatly depending on many factors including things like: how long your name is, how many digits your number is, are you having your item sized or altered, if we are purchasing your item for you or are you sending it to us, how you choose to stud your design and how many crystals your design has etc. But we can give you a ball park idea of a design price or what a particular design cost was if you show us something you like that we have made. You can email a screen shot of a creation off of our page or social media and give a brief description of your desired elements. You control the cost by what you choose, how difficult or in depth the design is as well as how much crystal it has. YOU are in full control of the cost by how much your design details dictates.
How do I pay?
When we start an order we collect a non-refundable (once your design has been made or costs incurred) deposit amount via PayPal either through the website or by an emailed paypal invoice, Venmo (Leah-PaulovichMiller), cashapp ($thediamondduchess) or a credit card. If you want to pay with PayPal (which does offer interest free Financing) we will need your email address. If you would like to use a credit card I’ll need the number, exp date, security code and billing zip. Once we are through creating your one-of-kind masterpiece and you’ve approved your product pictures/video we collect the balance before we ship via UPS insured. We can deliver ground, 3 day, 2 day or 1 day.
How/where do I take measurements?
These are the most common measurements we will need to create your custom item.
*Fullest part of your bust
*Around the smallest part of your waist
*Around your hip bones
*Around the fullest part of your butt.
*Top of your shoulder to your waist
*Waist to hem (where you want your item it to stop)
*Upper arm
*Your Height
For Bodysuits:
*Shoulder to crotch
*Girth (over shoulder and thru the legs and back to the shoulder)
What is your Return Policy?
All items are final sale and non-returnable.

Your crystals will stay put. However, the laundering process is not "fool proof", so don't be a foolish. Stay cool and follow the washing instructions closely. And if in the event some Swarovski crystals elude you after the wash or some serious wear-n-tear, each order includes a packet of extra crystals for you to make repairs.
Although custom items are non-refundable and not returnable, Bella is committed to delighting all of it's Fabulous Fashionistas and will make every effort to thrill you with your purchase.
